the Philip Morris website admits the damage did and continues to do - they have to admit this given the massive amount of technical data available to prove this

In the USA Big Tobacco has paid billions of dollars to settle lawsuits issued by different States and to pay for the healthcare to treat the effects of their product

It is high time the HK Government filed a similar lawsuit or fear being sued itself for not acting sooner and for not invoking legislation preventing passive smoking earlier - 5000 Hongkongers die a year from smoking related illness - it's time to act and get the money off the tobacco companies to pay for the treatmenmt of the addicts, for indeed addicts they are Dangerous drugs are banned in Asia yet nicotine kills far more than heroin
