The authors of Health impact of “reduced yield” cigarettes: a critical assessment of the epidemiological evidence (Tobacco Control 2001;10 (suppl I):i4-i11) would like to correct a statement in figure 1. The legend to figure 1 and the corresponding text on 15 should say “Each milligram decrease in machine measured nicotine...” rather than “Each milligram decrease in machine measured tar...”.
