It is also relied upon by courts in interpreting and upholding strong tobacco control measures challenged by the tobacco industry. In this special communication, we describe these trends and explore the important new online resource—Tobacco Control Laws (http://www.tobaccocontrollaws.org)—that has been used to track them.
