A paired t test comparison grouping the three sites before and after the ban showed no statistically significant change for PM10 (p=0.30, t=1.19, 95% CI for difference of means: −0.07 to 0.19; mean before: 0.11 mg/m3, after: 0.06 mg/m3, difference 0.06 mg/m3).
PM10 comparative value measured locally outdoors was 0.02 mg/m3.
