‡Includes breaches of POS display ban and other in-store requirements such as those relating to warning signs, price boards and prohibition of advertising and promotion. Owing to transitionary arrangements in place at the time of the audit, tobacconists were counted as breaching the POS display ban only if the display was less than 2 m from a public facing opening (prohibited by the legislation at the time).
